Our story
Built in Marrickville.
Serving the inner west since 2009.
Copperline started as a one van operation, run by Dave and his brother Tom out of their dad's shed in Marrickville. One rule from day one, do the job properly, leave the site clean and never overcharge a homeowner who trusts you.
Fifteen years on, the van became a fleet of seven. The team grew to twelve licensed tradespeople. That one rule is still the whole business model. We are not a franchise and not a call centre with subcontractors.

Do you charge fixed prices or by the hour?
Fixed prices, every time. Your plumber assesses the job and gives you a price before any work starts. That price does not change unless the scope changes and you approve it first. No hourly rates, no invoice surprises.
How fast can you get to me?
Emergencies, we aim to be on site within two hours across the inner west. Standard bookings, same day and next day slots are usually available. Call 02 8000 0000 and we will confirm immediately.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Every plumber holds a current NSW licence, Lic. 274916C. We carry $20M public liability. All work comes with a workmanship warranty. Ask to see the licence card on the day.
Do you do gas work?
Yes. We are licensed gas fitters as well as plumbers. Cooktops, appliance connections, bayonet points, leak investigations and compliance certificates for new installations.
What if you need to cut into walls or tiles?
We always discuss access before starting and find the least invasive route where possible. Where cutting is needed we are upfront about it in the quote and make good where applicable.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Our 24/7 emergency line is open every day of the year. Standard weekend bookings are available too. After hours rates apply and we always tell you the price before we start.
